Completed in 2008, this superior contemporary detached one and a half storey house is beautifully situated 50 metres from the picturesque shores of Loch Awe. It was carefully designed to take full advantage of the prestigious site, meaning the principal rooms, and the large decking and patio areas embrace the spectacular views of the Loch, its surrounding hills and wooded shores.

The house also enjoys its own shoreline just outside the garden, across a minor no through road. Although this is still in its wild state for the moment, access to and from the loch, and the opportunity to launch a boat would not be a problem. As a Riparian owner we have rights to some the UK’s best trout and pike fishing. Guests are entitled to these rights and are able to fish either from the shore directly in front of the house, or bring or hire a boat.
